PROGRAMS & SCHOLARSHIPS

The instructors and staff of Honor Guard Clinics and Schools are humbled to have earned grant money to assist with our operations. With this grant money we plan to use it to give back to first responders.

The Funeral Assistance Program gives any Fire, Police or EMS organization the ability to have funeral assistance readily available to them. If an organization has an active or line of duty death, funeral assistance is one phone call away. You will have experienced, professional help at whatever level you would need. Below you will find our levels of assistance available to your organization.

Level One: 1 Instructor to assist with planning and then coordination of active/line of duty services 

​

Level Two: Multiple Instructors to assist with planning/coordination of active/line of duty services 

​

Level Three: 4 or more instructors to assist with planning and then coordinate all aspects of an active duty or line of duty funeral. This includes planning and execution of visitation, service, graveside in accordance with family wishes as well as organization wishes.

Our purpose is to assist the fallen members family and department through some of their worst times. Our motto of Family. Honor. Respect. Compassion. are not just words. They are our guiding principles through any and all aspects of a first responder funeral. 

​

Our duties are merely to allow your families and members to have the time to properly grieve and to remove the stresses of planning and executing what could be a very large event. This also includes a multiple LODD event.

 

There will NEVER be a charge for the Funeral Assistance Program. We only ask for assistance in securing lodging for our instructors.
