Each Student MUST complete a separate registration. To ensure accuracy no group registrations are supported.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellation with refund (minus administrative fee’s) will be approved until two (2) weeks prior to the training event. Any cancellations inside of that two (2) week window will not be provided with a refund (medical issues with the member or their immediate family, or urgent honor guard needs will be reviewed on a case-by-case bases for refunds).
HOTEL CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION REQUEST
If your agency is paying by agency credit that you will NOT physically have with you at the time of check-in at the hotel, your finance department MUST complete the form below, and you MUST bring the completed form with you and provide it to the front desk at the time of check-in. If your agency is paying with a agency credit card and you DONOT have this form at check-in the host hotel will need to obtain this authorization before they can proceed with check-in.
