YOUR INSTRUCTORS
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
Our instructor cadre represents one of the most experienced and dedicated groups in North America. Collectively, they bring over 600 years of real-world operational honor guard experience and more than 800 years of combined service in the fire service, law enforcement, and emergency medical services to communities across the United States and Canada.

Each instructor contributes a unique perspective shaped by their individual backgrounds, agency types, geographic regions, and affiliations with organizations such as the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), and other professional associations. These diverse experiences directly influence how our curriculum evolves each year—ensuring it remains rooted in time-honored traditions while incorporating current trends, best practices, and the needs of today’s emergency-service honor guard members.

Importantly, every instructor volunteers their time to deliver this professionally taught and mission-critical training. Their commitment reflects a deep dedication not only to the honor guard community, but also to the traditions of the fire service, law enforcement, and EMS. Their efforts help prepare our brothers and sisters to serve with dignity, precision, and compassion in some of the most solemn and meaningful moments of their careers.
